The element-i Junges Gemüse childcare centre is housed in a modern, two-storey, light-flooded building in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. It also has a spacious outdoor area. The neighbourhood connection plays a major role in the daycare centre’s everyday life and participation in activities and festivals within the residential area goes without saying.
Many different functional rooms and a multi-professional team of carers with a wide variety of skills and characters offer the children a wide range of opportunities to experience and make decisions. Connection with and manageability of the children are ensured by the division into two groups and the fact that the children are assigned to a single floor with the relevant carers.
The proximity to the Büsnauer Wiesental and the Pfaffenwald forest invites children and teachers alike to go on exciting exploratory tours in nature. Here, the children can gain important experiences of nature that strengthen their awareness of nature and the environment.
The element-i Junges Gemüse childcare centre is certified by the Kinder forschen Foundation.
