The element-i Leolino daycare center is expected to open on the new Bosch campus in Leonberg in May 2024. The company daycare center offers space for 70 children from six months to six years. 35 places are reserved for Bosch associates (locations Leonberg, Weilimdorf, Feuerbach (Fe050, Fe055, Fe056)), while the other half can be occupied by children from outside the company. Places for external children with their primary residence in Leonberg are allocated promptly by the city of Leonberg.

The Leolinos will move into their new home on the first floor of the terraced, 26-meter-high new campus building. The spacious premises (approx. 1,180 square meters) are designed to suit the element-i pedagogy. Various functional rooms create a stimulating environment in which the children will be able to develop freely according to their individual interests and needs. The outdoor area (approx. 1,300 sqm) with a 500 sqm partially covered play area offers the children plenty of space and sufficient opportunities for lively and undisturbed play in the fresh air.

For our nutritional concept, we use only high-quality and, whenever possible, regional and seasonal products that are prepared fresh every day. Depending on the care model, the children receive breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.

Our element-i pedagogy

The “i” in element-i stands for our fundamental understanding of education: individual, interest-oriented and interactive. We want to educate children to become self-confident, mature and strong individuals who reflect on themselves and the world and take responsibility for their actions. You can download the entire concept as a PDF below, more info here.
